K12 Media even does employment campaigns! In order to get happy and helpful people into your schools to grow the future leaders of the world, they first need to know that they should work for you.



What can members do?

We use targeted ads and Lead Generation to find those important people and let them know what your district is all about. Lead Generation is a state-of-the-art data collection tool that we use on your social media posts to help find you the employees you need! When these prospective employees engage with your school’s content; their name, phone number, and email address will show up in a form fill on their screen. From there they are asked if the district that they’re submitting this information to can contact them. You want to be communicating directly to them, and the way that you do that is by having them engage with your district through our creative K12 content designed specifically for your schools..

Quick Tip:

The last thing that you want is to have your prospective employees go through your local county ISD process to find applications to work for your schools. Yes, we know you have always done it this way, but it's time to change!


Once they click yes, this information is emailed directly to your district’s HR department, where they can call and offer information about employment opportunities. If you aren’t calling people, then they’re not coming to work for your schools!
